Do you have time free to volunteer? Would you like to promote healthy eating in your community? Then the Hills Foodies Volunteer program is for you!

Adelaide Hills Community Health Service Dietitians are currently recruiting potential Hills Foodies Volunteers for our free training program in August. After training foodies are involved in many different activities promoting healthy eating within their community. Eg. cooking groups, making healthy recipe books, working with local schools and kindergartens, and they are involved in our community garden.

The Lobethal Bakery is proud to annouce that they are now selling their own icecream at their Woodside store, made locally at their Lobethal premises.

“We try and make our icecream from local products wherever we can,’ said Albert Trinkle, “using such products as local milk and fruit.”
The flavours are all natural and include Lemon Sorbet, Hazelnut Crunch, Pistacchio, Kinder Surprise, Cioccolato, Vanille, Mint, Berries and Yoghurt, Ferrero Rocher, Irish Cream, Mango, Strawberry and Frutti di Bosco.

The village of Kersbrook is located in the Northern Adelaide Hills in the Apple, Pear and Cherry growing district between Williamstown and Gumeracha - an absolutely stunning drive at any time of the year.

Paul and Robyn Griffin would like to announce the arrival of their new Chef, Scott Mac-Diarmid.

Scott has worked previously as head chef at the Bath Hotel, Norwood and Brompton Park Hotel.
