The Lobethal Bakery is proud to annouce that they are now selling their own icecream at their Woodside store, made locally at their Lobethal premises.
â€œWe try and make our icecream from local products wherever we can,â€™ said Albert Trinkle, â€œusing such products as local milk and fruit.â€
The flavours are all natural and include Lemon Sorbet, Hazelnut Crunch, Pistacchio, Kinder Surprise, Cioccolato, Vanille, Mint, Berries and Yoghurt, Ferrero Rocher, Irish Cream, Mango, Strawberry and Frutti di Bosco.
â€œOur icecream is milk, sorbet and yoghurt based with some flavours 97% and even 100% fat free!â€, Albert added.
Prices are: cones – $3, waffle cones – $4.20, mini tub – $3, small tub – $3.50, medium tub – $4.15 and large tub – $4.75.
â€œWe believe that this could be the best locally made icecream in the Hills, so a drive will be well worth it!â€, bakery owner, Helmut Trinkle said.
